The Archive of National Remembrance received UAH 100 million for reconstruction

The Archive of National Remembrance received UAH 100 million for the capital reconstruction of the premises in 2022.

This decision was approved in the new budget of Ukraine and has already been published on the web-site of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

The team of the Archives of National Remembrance is happy that the construction will finally move from the deadlock, where it stood for almost 2 years. We have proved that even without documents and funding for reconstruction, we can do large-scale educational projects, help Ukrainians restore the stories of their families, and restore their honest names to those repressed by the Soviet government.
